Vehicle Requirements: Renter guarantees the vehicle is fully insured as required by Ontario law, properly licensed, and in a mechanically sound, safe driving condition.

Chauffeur's Right of Refusal: Our chauffeur reserves the absolute right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe for any reason. In this event, a fee equivalent to the initial booking cost may be charged.

Additional Costs: All incidental costs during the service (fuel, EV charging, parking, 407 ETR tolls) are the Renter's responsibility and are not included in the hourly rate.

Authorization: If the Renter is not the vehicle owner, they must possess valid documentation proving their authority to use the vehicle.

Liability & Insurance: In the event of an accident, the vehicle owner's insurance policy is the primary source of coverage. The Renter/owner is fully responsible for their vehicle. Renter agrees to hold Blackwaze™ and its chauffeurs harmless from all claims.

Overtime: If service extends beyond the booked time, the Renter agrees to be charged for additional hours at the standard rate on their credit card on file.
