BLACKWAZE™

1. Booking & Confirmation: Submitting this reservation request does not constitute a confirmed booking. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and verification of details by our office. A booking is only confirmed once you have received an official confirmation email from BLACKWAZE™ and have processed the payment via the secure link provided by our office.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund, less a 5% bank merchant processing fee and a 2% administrative handling fee. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pickup will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

3. Additional Charges Authorization: By agreeing to these terms, you authorize BLACKWAZE™ to charge the credit card on file for any additional costs incurred during your service, including but not limited to: additional hours, 407 ETR tolls, parking fees, and any damage caused to the vehicle by you or your party.

4. Payment & Identity Verification: You agree to provide valid proof of identity (e.g., government-issued photo ID) upon request to verify that you are the authorized holder of the credit card used for this transaction. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.

5. Client Conduct: BLACKWAZE™ reserves the right to terminate any service immediately and without refund if the chauffeur deems any passenger's conduct to be unsafe, illegal, or disruptive. Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

6. Liability: BLACKWAZE™ is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged in our vehicles. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.
