To request deletion of your BLACKWAZE account or personal data, please email us at:
Please include the following information in your request:

- Email address associated with your BLACKWAZE account
- Phone number associated with your account
- Whether you want to delete your full account or specific personal data
Data That May Be Deleted
Upon verification, BLACKWAZE may delete the following data:
- User profile information
- Saved addresses
- Contact information
- Account login information
- Non-essential app activity data
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, payment processing, security, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes.

Processing Time

Partial Data Deletion
